Refunds & Returns Policy

At Reflex Fightwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you can return it to us within 28 days from the day you received it. Please read the following guidelines regarding our returns process:

  • We only offer refunds to the original payment method used for the order.
  • Swing tags are not always needed for returns.
  • Use a trackable service for your return and keep your proof of postage receipt until after your refund is processed.
  • If you need to make changes to your order, please email us within 24 hours. Once fulfilled, changes cannot be made.

What to Do Next:

  1. Drop us an email at reflexfightwear@gmail.com to initiate your return.
  2. Repack your items in the returnable bag with the double peel and seal strip. Please ensure the items are unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  3. If included, indicate the reason for returning on our packing slip to help us improve.
  4. Keep an eye on your return tracking. You'll receive an email notification once we receive your returned item.
  5. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. However, we are working towards providing free returns in the near future.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not currently part of our returns policy. To simplify our returns process, we only offer refunds. If you need to exchange an item, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order. If you contact us before sending the return, we may be able to assist you further.
