What are your shipping times and costs?
Delivery Information
At Reflex Fightwear, we strive to ensure your orders are processed and delivered to you in a timely manner. Please review the following information regarding our delivery services:
Order Fulfillment: We aim to fulfill and dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. During peak periods, please allow 1-3 days for processing. You'll receive email notifications once your package has been dispatched.
Custom Orders do not apply to these timescales.
Delivery within the UK:
- Standard Delivery: £3 (1-3 days)
- Express Delivery: £4
- FREE Delivery on orders over £60
- Delivery Provider: Royal Mail
- Tracking: Provided via Email or SMS
Delivery to Northern Ireland:
- International Tracked: £4
- Delivery Provider: Royal Mail
- Tracking: Provided via Email or SMS
Delivery within Europe:
- International Standard: £6 (3-10 days)
- International Tracked: £8
- FREE Delivery on orders over €80
- Delivery Provider: Multiple Providers
- Tracking: Provided via Email or SMS
Delivery to the USA:
- International Tracked: £18 (6-20 days)
- FREE Delivery on orders over $100
- Delivery Provider: Multiple Providers
- Tracking: Provided via Email or SMS
Delivery for Custom Orders (UK):
- Custom T-shirts: Within 4 weeks of payment.
- Custom Shorts: Within 8 weeks of payment.
Delivery for Custom Orders Options (UK):
- Standard: We will send these both out together in one parcel.
- 2 Parcels: T-shirt and shorts will be posted separetly to you.
Please note: Delivery timescales for custom orders are approximate. Contact us for a better estimate.
Ordering Custom Clothing
Ordering custom clothing and gear is easy, but it's important to understand our shipping policies. When you order custom items such as Muay Thai Shorts, Fight T-Shirts, Walkout Outfit, or any other custom product, they will be shipped directly from our factory located outside the European Union (EU).
If you're an EU customer, please be aware that you will be responsible for paying import taxes and duties upon delivery. Customers outside the EU will also be responsible for paying taxes and duties, as is typical when ordering from international companies.
Keep in mind that all international customers are responsible for paying customs import taxes and duties within their own country.
To help you with this process, we will include an invoice with each parcel, stating the full amount of the package.
Missing Package? If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please refer to the tracking reference provided to you via email or SMS. You can also reach out to us directly or contact the delivery provider for assistance. Visit our Refunds & Returns Policy page for further information.

What are your exchange, returns and refunds policy?
Refunds & Returns Policy
At Reflex Fightwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you can return it to us within 28 days from the day you received it. Please read the following guidelines regarding our returns process:
- We only offer refunds to the original payment method used for the order.
- Swing tags are not always needed for returns.
- Use a trackable service for your return and keep your proof of postage receipt until after your refund is processed.
- If you need to make changes to your order, please email us within 24 hours. Once fulfilled, changes cannot be made.
What to Do Next:
- Drop us an email at reflexfightwear@gmail.com to initiate your return.
- Repack your items in the returnable bag with the double peel and seal strip. Please ensure the items are unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- If included, indicate the reason for returning on our packing slip to help us improve.
- Keep an eye on your return tracking. You'll receive an email notification once we receive your returned item.
- Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. However, we are working towards providing free returns in the near future.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not currently part of our returns policy. To simplify our returns process, we only offer refunds. If you need to exchange an item, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order. If you contact us before sending the return, we may be able to assist you further.
